- Should have extensive experience with IBM Mainframe Z O/s, DB2, IDMS systems.
- Should have hands on expertise in working on either Supply chain or finance systems
- Should be a self-starter who can lead/manage a team of 15-20 people
- Should be able to lead a support team and willing to work as a secondary on-call/escalation POC for support
- Should have prior experience working on SOW creation, managing the customer escalations, driving customer meetings
- Should be a people manager/leader who has the ability to build a high performing team
- Should be willing to relocate to Nashville (in 2 months or less from joining date).
