Title: ServiceNow EngineerLocation: Waltham, MA The Role: ServiceNow EngineerHere’s What You’ll Do:• Serve as the technical system owner and primary administrator for the ServiceNow platform which is presently ITSM with plans to expand to other modules.• Develop and maintain a 3-year strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.• Establish SDLC process and release management cadence for future development.• Responsible for maintaining ServiceNow in a GxP validated state, including required documentation for future upgrades and releases. • Design, plan, configure, test, document, and deploy new capabilities, modules, and releases.• Lead the ElevateBio IT Change Advisory Board (CAB) by reviewing all proposed changes, setting the CAB agenda, hosting the weekly CAB meeting, and reviewing completed changes for sufficient documentation and accuracy.• Manage any ServiceNow partners or vendors for BAU support and future development.• Build a training curriculum for ITIL Fulfillers, Business Stakeholder Approvers, and End Users. Author “How To” KBAs and short videos. Deliver live training periodically throughout the year in alignment with major releases.• Stay current with the latest offerings from ServiceNow. Attend conferences and community user group sessions. Socialize innovative ideas and features with IT and business leadership.Requirements:• 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow and business application support.• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow administrator and/or developer.• Experience with system integrations and configuration of email, Okta SSO, and LDAP.• Experience managing secure file sharing, sensitivity/retention labels, DLP, and eDiscovery• Experience administering group policy, compliance, and conditional access policies• Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, Intune, and Mobile Application Management.• Expert-level experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications and administering the Microsoft 365 platform.• Understanding of VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic networking concepts.• Understanding of Information Security principles, policies, and technologies.• Experience with programming languages, PowerShell, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API (a plus).• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.• Must be a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to get things done.• Exhibit courageous leadership in all situations and be willing to engage in difficult conversations.• Knowledge of ITIL/IT Service Management processes and experience using ServiceNow.• Experience with computer system validation in a Biotech GxP facility.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master’s Degree a plus)
