Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.The Corporate Risk Reporting and Analytics (CRRA) Senior Lead Risk Analytics Consultant role is accountable for liaising and partnering with Enterprise Technology to implement the Corporate Risk Reporting Technology Platform Strategy ensuring alignment with the organization's policies around CRRA data, reporting applications and systems. This role will support the product owner who is responsible for the enhancements associated with risk reporting data, tools and applications and collaborates with Enterprise Technology. An understanding of data and associated governance will assist in maintaining regulatory compliance standards.A successful candidate will have a solid background in product execution, and in understanding and utilizing data platforms and data warehouses. Other areas of responsibilities include:Developing a deep understanding of the core data and reporting model(s) within Corporate Risk Reporting and Analytics (CRRA).

Using analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions related to delivering reporting.

Creating, analyzing, and solving the reporting platform issues at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context and providing detailed root cause analysis.

Performing deep dive analytics (both ad-hoc and structured) and provide results to both internal and external stakeholders.

Influencing policies and procedures to comply with Corporate and Regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives related to business analysis and modeling, including those that are cross functional, and with broad impact

Make decisions in complex product strategies, data modeling, and risk exposure, requiring solid understanding of business unit projects and regulatory responses, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead Analytic and Reporting to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

Act as key participant in product team with ownership responsibilities to drive execution

Define, document, identify new, and communicate product backlog (features, stories, test scripts) for each product within associated product area

Manage process to refine requirements into executable components for technology implementation

Proactively identify product delivery challenges and partner with Product Managers and Technology to remediate

Interpret complex processes, identify opportunities for improvement and lead execution activities. Identify balance between risk mitigation and operational efficiency

Collaborate and consult with peers, less experienced to more experienced managers, to resolve production, project, and regulatory issues, and achieve risk analysts, and common product goals

Interpret policies, assess impact and coordinate work across multiple teams to address any policy compliance activities

Institute and adhere to controls to ensure quality

Required Qualifications, US:7+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Experience with Agile methodology

Experience with product execution model

Experience defining target operating models and standards

Experience leading teams

Experience with the designing testing strategies and analytical methodologies
