It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a a Senior Control Management Specialist within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations Control supporting the Investment Contact Center (ICC). A successful candidate will partner with the business to monitor and assess the operating and control environment on an ongoing basis. A strong desire to learn, high attention to detail, an understanding of key WIM and/or contact center risks, and excellent communication skills are key to the success of this role. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Participate in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating current and emerging risk exposures within Control Management functional area

Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and business controls

Monitor moderately complex business specific programs and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies

Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area

Provide guidance to business groups on the development, implementation, and monitoring of business specific programs to identify, assess, and mitigate risk

Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations

Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Knowledge, understanding, and experience with tracking deliverables and coordinating tasks and activities; managing issues and risks; driving to achievement of objectives

Ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls

Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines

Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives concurrently

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as ability to gain an understanding of and evaluate the internal controls of previously unfamiliar areas.

Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

Experience with Shared Risk Assessment Platform (SHRP). Including RCSA activities, Issue Management, Risk Measurement and Compliance modules
