Lead Risk Analytics Consultant

In this role, you will:Serve as trusted financial advisor providing expert consultative support to all business partnersProvide report processing support to facilitate accurate & efficient reporting for Home Lending Capital Markets Finance.Create new processes as needed to enhance and/or improve reporting or incorporate impacts of various strategies into current processes.Establish and maintain common data feeds to enable consistent reporting across the platform.Monitor, analyze, and communicate with Finance and Capital Markets.Be the team lead to other consultants.Required Qualifications, US:5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, engineering, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting2+ years of leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Capital Markets Experience3+ years of SQL experienceIntermediate Microsoft Office skills including Power BIStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesKnowledge and understanding of business intelligence development and reportingVirtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environmentDriven to meet deadlines and go the extra mile when facing technological & business obstaclesAble to translate and present complex data clearly to non-experts in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisionsAble to work effectively with senior managers, traders, finance, technology, and othersJob Expectations:Work schedule may vary between 6 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday.
