About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant - Merchant Services Product Commercialization & Change Readiness in Consumer Lending as part of Card Retail Services, who is responsible for providing product commercialization and change management support in Merchant Services across customer segments. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure overall readiness for the product, feature, and or change being implemented.As a Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will provide thought leadership to identify cross-functional impacts, partner with impacted stakeholders, and ensure the development of strong processes, procedures, and controls within the Merchant Services Line of Business. You will also be responsible for creating product content and collateral as needed in support of go-to-market execution.This role will work directly with the product managers across the business to collaborate and contribute to Wells Fargo Merchant Services' solutions. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications, US:5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Strong background in Merchant Services to include: products, process, payments

Experience with product commercialization

Experience in product management, business analysis, marketing, operations and/or strategic/consulting in a consumer oriented, technology dependent environment, in financial services or related industries

Ability to conduct impact assessments

Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements

Ability to gather information and create both business and technical requirement documentation

Strong project management skills

Experience with strategy development and implementation

Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Experience conducting meetings, presentations and status reporting
