In this role, you will:Lead a team tasked with the delivery of continuous improvement, workflow automation, and process intelligence (process/task mining) services across the Enterprise

Drive the demand and manage the backlog for our services, as well as allocation of people and financial resources

Collaborate with technology and federation partners to drive platform and best practice adoption across the enterprise

Drive the design and implementation of innovations and new services to continuously improve capabilities and enable the delivery of new value

Evaluate work to determine gaps, risks, and opportunities to prioritize process improvement and risk control development to enhance technology capabilities and professional services delivery lifecycle

Mentor and guide the talent development of direct reports and functionally aligned resources

Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives, specifically efficiency and risk and control improvement targets

Identify and realize opportunities to optimize the operating model and team climate

Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:2+ years experience leading professional services (management consulting, operational excellence) delivery teams

2+ years experience supervising process improvement or automation solution implementation

Experience operating in the Toyota Production System or similar Lean Management systems

Experience with Alfresco Process Services or similar no-code workflow platforms

Experience with Celonis or similar process mining technologies

Experience managing a global team

Management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm or financial institution

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Ability to excite people and develop high-performing teams

A high performer who is proactive, can quickly solve problems and responds rapidly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment

Ability to reduce complex issues/problems into clear directions and presentations

Ability to operate with confidence in front of an executive team

Exceptional organization and planning abilities

Knowledge and understanding

Job Expectations:Anticipate less than 10% of time spent traveling

Must be able to report to the physical location according to the 3/2 hybrid schedule
