It all begins with you.About this role:The Wells Fargo Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for Mobile product Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:The Lead Digital Product Managers are responsible for the scrum team backlog and negotiating priorities, setting product vision and goals, and working directly with stakeholders.Assist in developing and managing to the scrum KPIs, partnering with and influencing the Journey leaders and accepting delivered code.

Defining requirements, guiding teams to deliver project goals, and defining the ongoing roadmap.

Sets product vision, goals and roadmap for scrum-originated work

Drives the requirements and vision for the customer/product/capability experience in conjunction with other scrum resources

Oversees Product Definition activities including scrum team backlog and artifacts for scrum-originated work

Accepts user stories

Manages, grooms & prioritizes the scrum team backlog

Demonstrates product expertise and industry/competitor offerings

Accountable for Scrum Team Deliverables & KPIs; reviews measures/metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement

Determines acceptance criteria for final UAT code

Pressure tests iteration plans & scope

Reviews iteration WIP, demos the product to core stakeholders, and accepts from customer, functional & non-functional aspects

Ensures implementations meet all Legal, Risk and Compliance requirements

Communicates, collaborates and negotiates with key stakeholders including journey leader(s), business groups and control groups

Drives innovation & results through test & learn

Monitors and measures progress on User Story delivery

Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

Act as key participant in large-scale planning

Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area

Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications, US:5+ years of mobile digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years of Agile experience

Financial Services Industry experience

Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban

Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment

Ability to develop roadmaps and plans that enable strategies

Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, manage backlog, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

Desired Qualifications:Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as VersionOne and Team Foundation Server (TFS), Confluence, or Jira

Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications

Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.

Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
