It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support the oversight of moderate to high level risk Third Party service providers under Auto's Engagement Management Team within Business Excellence.This includes collaborating with Wells Fargo Auto teams to understand and manage our third-party risk portfolio, ensuring compliance with Wells Fargo's Third-Party Policy and managing the third-party life cycle.In this role, you will:Managing Third Party Program life-cycle activities as the Engagement Manager and serving as the subject matter expert for third party requirements and deliverables related to technology vendors.

Managing third party engagements in the Third-Party Risk Information Management system (TRIMS) and ensuring data is accurate, reviewed, and updated on an ongoing basis

Engagement in the development and continued maintenance of Auto's Third-Party Oversight Plans including oversight of business monitoring activities

Supporting the Third-Party Program executive governance process by assisting in the preparation of agendas, artifacts, and reporting on third party risk associated with WF Auto portfolio, including technology vendor activity, issues, risks, and recommendations

Identifying and monitoring third party key risk indicators and metrics as needed.

Monitoring completion dates associated with engagements and subscriptions to ensure contract renewals are processed timely, to ensure continuity

Attending meetings hosted by the Group Third Party Officers and Relationship Managers to understand changes to third party processes, TRIMS system updates, and third-party vendor risks

Managing a central repository of third-party documentation including retention of required governance artifacts, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and documentation related to due diligence, and ongoing monitoring activities

Manage the Operational Review assessments, as applicable, for Auto's Title Third Parties and additionally assigned Third Parties

Coordinate production of periodic operational risk performance scorecards, metrics and reports for senior management, including trend analysis and recommended strategies

Working with the Information Security and Technology subject matter experts to ensure information security plans for third parties are submitted in a timely manner

Partnering and collaborating across a complex and matrixed environment

Support other team initiatives, in conjunction with team members

Perform in a collaborative team environment and play a role in the successful performance and execution of initiatives

Required Qualifications, US:2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Strong technology background.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently

Experience collaborating with management, stakeholders, and external service providers

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Ability to partner with subject matter experts and team members to guide the development of deliverables and design the proper path to meet the required deliverables

Ability to drive work and meet deadlines

Third-party risk management experience

Auto finance industry experience
