Job Description

ELCCO is one of the most recognized and successful electrical contracting firms in Hawaii. We are 45 people strong and are continuing to grow our Maui operations year-over-year. We’ve reached a point in our evolution where we are seeking an HR leader to improve our employee experience.

Our ideal candidate is an HR Generalist with a strong recruiting/hiring background. Your achievements will dramatically raise employee engagement through designing and implementing initiatives around on-boarding, recognition, coaching, development, and communication. You'll do a needs assessment, help us prioritize the initiatives over the next few years, develop implementation plans, and create themetrics/measurements by which we determine if we’ve moved the needle on the employee experiencehere at ELCCO.

One year from today, you'll be the hero in our company for ensuring most open positions are filled quickly, setting industry standards for retention and engagement, and have guided us in creating a culture where we are one of the best places to work. You’ll help us shift HR from a compliance function to a strategic advantage.
