Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.comIn this role, you will:Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving
Receive, log, batch, and distributing work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications, US:6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:Lockbox experience
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to be flexible and perform multiple functions
Effective organizational skills, prioritizing skills, ability to work effectively under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
