About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst and will provide a leadership role within the Corporate Risk Data Management & Governance organization focused on Compliance within Corporate Risk. The role will primarily focus on the implementation and maintenance of documentation related to the data management policy. This role will collaborate with the leaders on the Data Management team and partner with Risk and Control groups.In This Role, You WillManage the implementation of all requirements of the data management policy, including use case documentation, key application documentation, authorized data sourcing compliance, and several other policy requirements.

Effectively collaborate with stakeholders across risk, business, and technical groups to obtain the required information and details.

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications, US:5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Detailed knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements concerning data privacy and data protection in the financial services industry

Experience defining and/or developing business initiatives that require integration of multiple technology systems

Demonstrated understanding of identity and access management, process workflows, data management policy

Demonstrated skills: attention to detail, high data quality and accuracy, and critical thinking

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business executives

Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Jira and/or SharePoint experience

A BS/BA degree or higher

Prior Consulting experience
