Wells Fargo is seeking a Managing Director to join our xVA and FISN team. Within Corporate & Investment Banking, the Rates, Commodities, and xVA Group is responsible for the Sales and Trading platform for Interest Rates, Commodities, FX and xVA. Under this group, the xVA team is primarily responsible for the valuation and pricing of Cross Asset derivatives that Wells Fargo is a counterparty to. Additionally, the xVA group also manages the Fixed Income Structured Notes (FISN) desk, responsible for the distribution and trading of Fixed Income Structured Notes for Wells Fargo, as well as third party issuers.In this role, you will:Focus on working/leading a team of traders

Develop and set strategy for the franchise

Recruit and develop talent.

Be responsible for trading, pricing and risk managing xVA positions for Wells Fargo derivatives book.

Maintain a high degree of partnership across the platform to provide risk management solutions

Have extensive knowledge of derivative products and experience in pricing and risk managing related futures and futures options markets.

Be knowledgeable about the structure of different electronic trading platforms and their use as a tool to service clients and risk manage a portfolio.

Manage a team of traders to support the day to day risk taking of the desk.

Provide pricing and hedging of various risk factors across the CVA and Fixed Income Structured Notes book.

Work closely with the Marketing, structuring, and trading functions within Markets to price xVA risk on proposed and executed solutions for the target clients/counterparties and define trading book's appetite within credit and market risk limits. Manages the relevant book's risk exposures over time.

Have ongoing interaction with the internal control functions and strong involvement with the approval process from the business standpoint.

Support the build out of the relevant infrastructure for the booking of transactions, on-going management and monitoring .

Required Qualifications, US:7+ years of Securities Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in capital markets, with a focus on managing large interest rate sensitive portfolios

Proven 5+ year track record of Derivative trading PnL results

A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field

Strong understanding of modelling and trading

Solid creative and strategic thinking skills

Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail

Prior management experience is a plus but not required

Familiarity with Bloomberg terminal

Good communication skill as the job will require a very frequent interaction with our business partners within the firm

Experience with Calypso for booking and Risk management.
