About this role:The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.Reporting to the Head of HR Technology, the HR Technology Senior Leader will be responsible for all aspects of HR Technology related to Core HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Absence, Recovery and Resolution, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Services, Employee Care (including telephony) & Relations, Document Management, Displacements, and Employee Journeys. The Leader will be accountable for defining technology strategy, operationalization, and delivery related to the portfolio. Additionally, the Leader will create value stream proposition and institute a cycle of continuous delivery by partnering with HR Senior Leaders to define overall business strategy, translating that strategy into a technical delivery roadmap, and then aligning the delivery to Agile sprint cycles.Some additional key responsibilities will include:Managing large scale, enterprise initiatives funded by HR that cross into other lines of business and/or enterprise groups

Presenting to Sr. Leadership (both HR and IT) on progress against plan. Expected audiences include HR Leadership Forums, Executive Sponsor calls, and Steering Committees

Ensuring HR compliance with enterprise technology initiatives (NFR's - non-functional requirements)

Ensuring adherence to Agile best practices by promoting Agile methodology and supporting continuous maturation of Product teams

Managing multi-site and multi- state resources, positioning each for growth and ensuring all remain compliant with training and site/local expectations & regulations

Serving as escalation point for Operational and Project/Program issues

Reviewing and analyzing complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors

Making decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

Accountability for vendor management activities across portfolio, including vulnerability remediation, compliance documentation, site reviews, application certifications, etc.

Performing regular reviews of access and security to plans to ensure compliance with all policies & procedures

Serving in other capacities as needed, including liaison to Enterprise Loudspeaker and Emergency Preparedness contact

Required Qualifications, US:8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of Management experience

5+ years of vendor management experience

3+ years of Workday experience

3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow

Desired Qualifications:8+ years of Human Resources Technology Leadership experience

5+ years of experience with Agile practices

6+ years of experience with HR processes and technologies

5+ years of experience with Workday

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow

A BS/BA degree or higher

Ability to influence & build support for strategies across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

Experience managing complex, large-scale technology solutions within a major line of business

Ability to communicate powerfully and prolifically with experience communicating complex technical information and value/impact in simple terms to senior and executive leaders

A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concepts

Highly skilled leadership capabilities including experience building, leading and engaging high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams

Experience working in highly matrixed, large Enterprise environment

Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders

Experience with financial management, budgeting experience, and/or complex planning experience
