Warehouse Manager

Established, family owned window & door company looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our family and manage operations within our warehouse. You will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and loading and other duties as needed. Ensuring quality and safe standards are met. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, able to keep accurate inventory, coordinate delivers and be a team player.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensuring the warehouse and deliveries run smoothly and customer satisfaction is priority!

Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day to day issues and reach highest potentials.

Inspecting equipment, tools, safety equipment and, facility maintenance, grounds upkeep, and warehouse organization.

Assist with receiving and checking in product, including damage inspection and order verification.

Loading and unloading trucks with incoming and outgoing product, including job site deliveries.

May assist with product finishing, including painting, staining, and other detail work.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

3+ years experience in managing (preferably in a warehouse setting)

Valid Arizona driver's license with clean 36 month MVD record and have own reliable transportation.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work standing for extended periods of time.

Excellent Problem solving skills and leadership qualities
