Mechanical Assembler

Description:Will be performing assembly on industrial paint shakers and mixers. There are many different cells that candidates can work in but will start in an entry-level cell where they will assemble the base of the paint shaker. Put nuts and bolts onto the metal to fasten down. Will put gears and barring onto base and use tools such as ratchets, drills, and screwdrivers to fasten nuts and bolts. Will run wires through the enclosure and attach the door to the enclosure and put the motor inside. Will perform testing after fully built. Will follow work instructions (pictures and words) to perform the assembly.Skills:blueprints, pneumatic, screwdrivers, tools, sub-assembly, build, retail, restaurant food service, cashier, stocking, service, landscapingQualificationsOpen to entry-level candidates with no experience! If they come from warehouse, machine operation, production, food, retail, etc., and want to get into assembly this is perfect for them! Need to be okay lifting 35lbs-50lbs. anything more than 50 will be a team lift.Work Environment:Manufacturing Environment. Eye Protection is not required. Can wear headphones while working.Shifts:1st Shift (M-F) = 6:00am - 2:30pm15 min breaks at 8:30 am and 1:00pm.

Lunch will be from 11:00am - 11:30am.
