Production Worker

Description: IDEAL Qualifications: o 1+ year machine operation experience o Warehouse/manufacturing experience o 2 years tenure at 1 employer within the last 5 years CONSIDERED Qualifications: o If they do not have the above listed ideal experience….Desire and willingness to learn how to properly operate industrial machinery. Standup employee at their past employers, mechanical ability and a desire to make a career in manufacturing. Job Responsibilities o Operate manufacturing equipment, perform various quality checks, input data into SAP for inventory purposes Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required; Vocational/technical certification preferred. Comply with all the safety, quality, and procedure requirements as noted in the applicable Work Instructions. Must be a self-starter, well organized, able to work both independently and as a team member, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for assisting production staff as it relates to ensuring production goals are met.
