Hiring For Maintenance Mechanic

Description2 maintenance mechanics to join the team. They are seeking to hire 2 people with electrical, welding, or industrial maintenance. They would like someone who has a general understanding of motors or electrical aspects but needs someone who can grow with the company and is a quick learner. They will be teaching them the ins and outs of the bottling plant and working with them to understand the various maintenance involved in the role.The first 3-4 weeks will be spent on the 1st shift with the maintenance manager, including orientation, then several weeks of shadowing.
