A worldwide leader and premier manufacturing company of various edible consumer healthcare products in Mooresville, NC is seeking to add an Administrative Assistant to support the development, retention, and management of contracted personnel with active assignments at the facility.This position pays weekly.Hourly rate: $19.00 hourlyShift: Monday-Friday, 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.Overtime available/possible.Responsibilities:· Ensure that all Aerotek employees are in their assigned departments at the beginning of shift.· In-person escalation point for supervisors after regular Aerotek office hours are closed.· Schedule “floaters” to departments daily per the department’s requests.· Backfill call outs by prioritizing departmental needs.· Assist in communicating tardiness or call outs to supervisors.· Direct contractors to complete assigned Master Control tests.· Set up new hires with needed equipment.· Provide direction to new hires regarding locker access/department location.· Provide documentation/paperwork from contractors to the Aerotek office team and vice versa.· Communicate and escalate supervisor/contractor issues to the Aerotek manager as needed.· Provide a shift report at the end of each shift to the Aerotek team/next Team Lead on shift.· Make certain that cGMPs are upheld and FDA regulatory compliance is observed by allAerotek contractors at the beginning of 3rd shift (Including dress code).Applicant Requirements:· 1-2 years prior management experience.· Ability to carry out directions both written and verbal.· Ability to recognize and analyze problem areas and help develop solutions.· Basic computer knowledge (must be able to log on and complete required cGMP/SOP/Safety training).Don't meet all the requirements for the above position or not quite what you are seeking?Call/Text, Caroline Ogle, at 423-605-1677, or send your resume to cogle@aerotek.com forbeing contacted to discuss other opportunities!About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
