Job Description

-Full time, part time, or on the side.

-Work remotely/telecommuting with your referrals and self-generated clients. Conference room availability throughout California to meet with clients.

-Represent buyers/sellers and help with mortgage financing, ‘All under one roof!’

-Option to work in another career and still help family and friends with their homes while earning big commission checks.

-No requirements to go into an office - no micro managing. No set hours.

Compensation

-Commission splits at 225 basis points. No company junk fees, E/O insurance, or per file fees.

-On a $400,000 loan at 225 basis points, you would earn $9,000! No surprises.

-Make 8-10 times what call centers pay – with no padded rate sheets!

-Checks are issued to you within 24 hours of closing.

-Work with our company Realtors to ensure you maintain your clients on your purchase loans.

-Purchase, Refinance, Fannie/Freddie/FHA/VA/USDA/Jumbo, Bank statement, stated, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, low fico, commercial, hard money, down payment assistance, DSCR

-Client relations managers, weekly training webinars (optional).

-Structuring, pricing, income calculation, pre-qualification assistance.

-Loan Officer Assistant options to help get conditions in from your borrower

-Priority rate lock assistance.

-Help to get licensed in other states and/or Realtor/Real Estate/Broker license.

File flow is easy

1. Price out your scenario and choose from over 90 lenders, using Loan Sifter/Optimal Blue, to find the best rate in the nation!

2. Pull credit and send your file to Processing

3. Processing will prepare and send out disclosures, open title/escrow, order the appraisal, submit the file

5. Work the conditions with Processing and your borrower (LOA can gather conditions for your borrower)

6. Help walk your borrower through the closing

7. Get paid within 24 hours!

Loans don't have to be difficult! Our Processors are here to help you and close quickly. They only get paid if the loans closes.

Previous experience and a valid NMLS license are necessary. We apologize but with paying such high commission, we do not train candidates new to the business.
