Property Manager - Grass Valley

Compensation: DOE + Apartment

Summary

Manages property, staff, and effective use of third-party vendors to ensure a healthy and vibrant apartment complex. Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Onsite living is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train staff members to achieve the property goals

Effectively manages property to maximize property financial goals through low apartment turnover, rapid turns, property improvements, efficient supervision and proper budgeting

Develop and Implement an effective marketing program

Identify and overcome barriers to the successful operation of the community

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 3 years property management experience

Excellent customer service skills

Tax Credit experience required

Section 42 experience preferred
