Concrete Finisher / Flat Worker

TCE Construction in Windsor, CO is looking to hire a full-time Concrete Finisher / Flat Worker to finish concrete on our construction projects. Are you a finishing expert? This construction position earns a competitive wage of $25 - $35/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONCRETE FINISHER / FLAT WORKER

As a Concrete Finisher / Flat Worker, you're responsible for smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces on our construction projects. This includes applying hardening and sealing compounds to cure surfaces. You ensure that the final result of each project follows designs and client specifications. You are expected to keep tools in good condition and keep your job site clean. You enjoy using your skills to create quality results and happy clients!

QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of experience in layouts, setting forms, and finishing

Valid driver's license (Preferred)

Reliable transportation

A clean driving record or the ability to grade set with hand tools and lasers would be a plus. Are you reliable and consistent? Do you have strong communication skills? Can you work efficiently as part of a team? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Do you have excellent time management skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
