Pagès North America is looking for a field service technician to join their support team in the US. Pagès Group manufactures in-mold labeling robots & automation for plastics processing customers. Pagès’s field service technicians are tasked with the installation, repair, & service of Pagès Group’s products at various customer facilities across the US.

Field Service Technician Job Opportunity

We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases customer profitability.

The position we have available is primarily a 80-100% travel position. All travel expenses/time are covered by the company. The technician would typically work a M-F schedule and be home on weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches

Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Document processes and anticipate future needs of customers

Follow all company’s & customer’s filed procedures and protocols

Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements and skills

Traveling is required

Proven Field Service experience

Valid US driver’s license and U.S. Passport

Strong understanding of electrical control circuits & theory

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

English literacy

Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

Basic computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

Compensation

Starting at $70,000. Negotiable based on relevant experience
