Field Inspector-Construction

On-The-Job Training, no experience needed. Will train the right person:

A Bethel, Connecticut-based testing laboratory is currently looking for Construction Field Inspectors to provide scheduled inspection services on various construction job sites in the Connecticut and New York areas.

This position includes On-The-Job Training to work with project superintendents to inspect soil and concrete, with daily reporting. Certifications will be provided as necessary. Please indicate availability and city of residence when applying for this position.

Job Requirements:

-Minimum education of a high-school diploma

-Experience in the construction industry

-Good written and oral communication skills

-Ability to work well with staff and clients in a professional manner

-Ability to handle multiple tasks

-A valid driver’s license and have daily access to a reliable vehicle

-The ability to lift and carry in excess of 65 pounds
