Window Cleaner Technician – FULL TIME

We are a cleaning company that has various projects that need window cleaning in Delaware and surrounding area.

NOTE: This Position Requires The Person To Be Available Every Day Monday Thru Friday.

We Are Looking for An ELITE & HIGHLY SKILLED Window Cleaner To Be Able To Handle & Execute Window Cleaning Services At Various Locations As Needed – PREVIOUS WINDOW CLEANING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – A Minimum Of Three Years.

Attention To Detail and Providing A Strong Level Of Service Is Necessary

Window Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:

Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.

Determining whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted, and adapting window cleaning techniques accordingly.

Using a scrim or microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass.

Using toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills.

Ensuring that all window cleaning and lift equipment are in good working order.

Operating aerial lift platforms and other lift equipment to reach the windows of high-rise buildings.

Ensuring that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times.

Appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.

PAY RATE - $18-$20 Per Hour, (based on experience)

Must Be Able To Work Alone or With A Partner

Hours of Service Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week.

Area Locations: Delaware & Philadelphia Market

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, Squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

Qualifications:

MUST Have A Valid Driver’s License

Must Be Well Organized & Have Attention To Detail.

Previous Window Cleaning Experience a REQUIREMENT – Minimum of Three Years

Sound Knowledge Of Industry Related Health and Safety Regulations

Ability To Safely Operate Aerial Lifts, Scaffolding, and Related Equipment

Ability To Work At Different Heights

Ability To Work In All Weather Conditions
