Janitorial - Part Time - ($25 Per Location/Per Night #MT6778/6780)

Small "extra income - cleaning job"

We are a cleaning company that has MULTIPLE bank locations that need nightly cleaning in the NORTHERN VIRGINIA, VA market. The location will take approximately 45 minutes, (+/-) each night (Monday-Friday) to clean.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE CLEANING TO BE DONE EVERY NIGHT, (Monday - Friday), WITH THE ONLY EXCEPTION WHEN THE BANKS ARE CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS.

$25 Per Location - Per Night

Duties Include:

Sweeping

Mopping

Dusting as needed

Wiping down surfaces

Clean employee restroom and break-room

Vacuum as needed

Take out trash nightly

Paid training first night. Start ASAP.

Hours of Service are any time between 6pm & 12midnight.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

Qualifications:

MUST have a reliable car to drive from one location to the next.

Previous cleaning experience a PLUS.

NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US. This is a Part Time employment opportunity.
