Property Administrator

Description We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator! Then we have the perfect position for you!Your responsibilitiesAttend to tenant applications, contracts, and leases

Arrange insurance requirements

Provide a broad range of administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

Arrange property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs

Collect monthly rent and fees

Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants

Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports Requirements - Proven customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills and computer competencies are essential
