Greet and guide visitors

Respond to phone inquiries

Complete word processing, filing, and faxing Requirements - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

Customer service experience preferred

Microsoft Office experience highly desired

Google Suite experience

Adeptness in Superior Customer Service

Demonstrated knowledge of Children

Calendar Management experience

Strong familiarity with data entry

Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
