This short-term contract / temporary to hire HR Assistant position is a terrific opportunity and is based in the Naples, Florida area.Key responsibilitiesReview the internet to locate potential customers

Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities

Service employee database records

Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials Requirements - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment

Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Well-founded grasp of Hiring Decisions

Benefits payroll experience preferred

Strong familiarity with FMLA

Experience with Open Enrollment

Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration

Proven knowledge of Onboarding

Human Resources (HR) Administration experience

General familiarity with Hiring Processes
