In general, clients have needs in multiple locations and require centralized account management or a single point of contact. Special services could include reporting, customized billing, background checks and other requirements to manage contingent talent solutions.We are currently looking for a Preplacement Coordinator to be a part of a growing team that supports contractual requirements needed before a candidate is placed on a client site.Key activities associated with this important role:Act as the day-to-day field office personnel and client contact for pre-placement requirements for designated accounts, coordinating daily with Client Service Managers.

Responsible for developing internal customer relationships and maintaining the role of being the one-point-of contact for candidate pre-placement processes for all Strategic Account contracts.

Responsible for ensuring that all required pre-screening requirements for candidate placement are collected in a timely manner, and in accordance with documented contract terms and conditions.  This includes:

Processing, distributing, and tracking of all pre-placement documents within departmental service level agreements and key performance targets

Mastery of functionality and use of a variety of different background check vendor software applications.

Working closely with background check vendor representatives to follow vendor requirements and guidelines for timely processing and accurate issue resolution and background check clearances.

Escalating unresolved issues or delayed clearances in a timely manner to field office personnel and/or Strategic Accounts Vice Presidents

Ensures all Strategic Account job orders are compliant with client contract terms and internal auditing requirements, including:

Querying internal applicant tracking system for all active or booked job orders daily.

Auditing all appropriate audit points as stated on a checklist that summarizes contract terms and servicing requirements.

Coordinating with field office personnel and Strategic Accounts Vice Presidents to align all terms and requirements in an efficient and timely manner.

Documenting compliance or non-compliance, relevant to department guidelines.

Working with Compliance Analysts to provide appropriate documentation for exceptions to contract terms or servicing requirements or facilitating compliance through appropriate escalation and notifications.

Assist in other duties as assigned, including special projects, vendor training and conference calls.

This role offers hybrid work options.

Requirements2+ years’ work experience in an administrative capacity

Previous experience in project coordination role strongly preferred

Professional work experience within the staffing industry preferred

Ability to maintain confidential personnel identification information and demonstrated ability to manage time sensitive deadlines

Ability to prioritize and utilize sound business judgement

Previous auditing experience preferred

Experience working within customized databases preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

College degree a plus
