This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.The anticipated term of this engagement will be 24 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.CW-Digital MarketingCoordinates and administers multiple media communications programs to promote product and organizational presence in marketplaces consistent with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities and DutiesEvaluating advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts and communicating and reporting for senior management.

Observing social, economic, and political trends that might have an effect on the organization, and making recommendations to enhance the organization's image based on those trends.

Working with advertising agencies to create a variety of publicity methods.

Obtaining relevant information from clients, such as product and organizational details, budget and marketing goals.

They will conceptualize these experiences through collaboration, sketching, storyboarding, information modeling and other methods.Candidates should possess an extensive knowledge of the design thinking process and the ability to deliver high-quality experiences that organize complex high-volume transactional websites into well-integrated systems that solve customer needs.Key Responsibilities and DutiesCollaborate with UX, product and technology partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps, and opportunities

Create mobile-optimized experience that adapts to all supported devices and viewports

Develop artifacts ranging from low- to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, visual designs, specifications, annotations, and other documentation as needed throughout the design process to appropriately communicate the experience

Explore new opportunities for the design system to ensure not only brand continuity, but its evolution to meet new user expectations

Govern the experience throughout its development lifecycle to ensure integrity of information architecture and usability guidelines

Continually explore the competitive landscape and trends within the financial service market

Maintain a working knowledge of emerging user interface, interaction design standards andbest practices

Build and develop UX team’s knowledge and skill set

Partner with technology partners to ensure technical feasibility and flawless implementation of the design

Required SkillsProficiency in presenting creative work, highlighting the customer journey, and defending the design rationale, both internally and externally

Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Strong initiative and work ethic to meet critical project deadlines

Comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative creative environment

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across the enterprise

Expert using collaborative design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Cloud

Flexibility to iterate on and negotiate feedback from collaborative partners inreal time for exceptional customer experiences

Experience with creating Design System from scratch.

Preferred SkillsFlexibility to continuously adapt to meet the ever-changing needs of the market

Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries

Experience with agile methodologies

Experience with web technologies (HTML/CSS)

Experience with mobile iOS & Android
