IT Infrastructure Analyst IIIWorking independently under general supervision, this job maintains critical infrastructure by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of critical systems. This job uses their knowledge of Infrastructure and operations to find and fix problems in computer networks, such as Firewall and Load balancing, cloud computing, mainframe, batch scheduling and server platforms.Key Responsibilities and DutiesPerform operational load balancer and DNS operational duties including server and global load balancing changes, iRule development, DNS changes, environment troubleshooting, and certificate management. Assist with documenting these procedures.

Perform complex analysis during normal IT Infrastructure operations, including on networks, firewalls, servers operating systems, applications and devices.

Ability to create standard configurations and iRules based on requirements.

Troubleshoot settings and policies as they relate to customer configurations.

Configuration of Global Traffic Services and Policies.

Identify opportunities for automation of routine tasks.

Execute changes and deployments in line with implementation plans.

Consult with engineering resources regarding troubleshooting of day-to-day issues and incidents.

Create current documentation of all relevant processes.

Coaches and mentors less experienced professionals.

Educational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Career Level7ICRequired Skills:Experience supporting cloud based applications and services.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

Experience creating, troubleshooting and supporting multi-site, multi-tier environments

Understanding TCP/IP, routing, and application development lifecycle concepts.

Application and network troubleshooting skills required.

Preferred Skills:F5 Certified Big-IP Administrator preferred

Ability to effectively communicate network concepts and network challenges to both technical and non-technical people.

Previous experience with F5 global and local load balancing, iRule creation, SSL and persistence profiles

Experience with AppviewX, Infoblox, and Venafi is a plus.

Basic knowledge of DNS and DNS Infrastructure.

Understanding of Access Policy Manager (APM) and Application Security Manager (ASM) modules.
