Accounts Receivable Lead

Description Cash applications and balancing of multiple currency among two banks within assigned ERP system(s) SAP and Great Plains and to supervise and support four Accounts Receivable clerksValidation of daily applications within each system to reconcile to each bank statementSupervisors assigned Accounts Receivable Clerks assigned to supporting ERP systems and different business segmentsResponsible for daily cash balancing within assigned ERP system to daily bank statementsAssist Accounts Receivable Clerks for cash posting entry issues and or concernsAccountable for all intercompany entries and balancesValidate weekly cash receipts postings to bank deposit reportsWork with Credit team to assist in research in payment question and or issues related to customer account reconciliationsReport to Cash Manager issues or problems with any bank log in or availability of items reported through the web-based banking systemsProvide backup support as needed for A/R ClerksValidate accounting G/L entries are completed prior to month endComplete all month end reconciliations to close cash receipts and validate no remaining issues are outstanding from AccountingWork with the Treasury department for on-line bank related issues or concernsWork with Cash Manager on projects revolving around cash applications such as but not limited to automation of cash application and banking consolidationsRequirements SAP or comparable ERP software experience required2+ years of experience in an AR leadership or team lead roleSolid understanding of accounting principlesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
