What’s a typical day as a Material Coordinator? You’ll be:Perform a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, stocking, kitting, expediting, and shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures

Receives, unpacks and examines goods shipped and verifies completeness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices and other records.

Counts and compares quantity and identification numbers of units against PO order.

Processes receipts and delivery of material from suppliers to other areas of the facility.

Prepare materials for shipment, coordinates carrier pick-ups and accurately presents shipments to carriers with proper documentation.

High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required

Experience within Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse/Inventory - Required

Knowledge of MS Office Suite - Required
