These are outbound call center positions that are perfect for new college graduates and experienced call center representatives alike. If this sounds interesting to you read on for more details and apply today!Pay: $24.00/hourShift: Must be available Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm (8 hour shift will fall within this range)Nissan is currently offering a $2000 Retention Bonus payable at $1,000 after 3 months and another $1,000 after 6 months. In addition there is potential to make up to $1,500 in quarterly bonuses.What does a typical day as a Consumer Affairs Agent look like? You’ll be:Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, while acting with urgency in regards to Nissan vehicles

Working collaboratively with various departments to develop strategies or plans to provide appropriate solutions to the customer

Providing claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers by adjudicating warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you meet the following:Bachelor's Degree is required

Excellent computer skills coupled with strong typing skills

Enhanced customer focused skills, willingness to engage, and address issues that may arise

Work experience in business or customer service environment.
