We're looking for an experienced IAM Quality Assurance Analyst who wants to help us support critical University functions efficiently and effectively while we work to modernize our IAM service. As an experienced QA Analyst, you will develop and execute manual, structured, automated and regression tests for our IAM services. This job will help you continue to grow in one of the most vital areas of technology support and provide you with an opportunity to work in a friendly, collaborative environment with great benefits. Ideal candidates will have education and/or work experience in IAM and enthusiasm for taking on and solving challenging problems.This position is responsible for helping to ensure that newly deployed Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities meet their requirements. The QA Analyst will perform testing, create and track defect records and advise on corrective actions. Working with a diverse team of professionals, the QA Analyst will help Information Services & Technology deliver defect-free software with a high level of usability to ensure positive experiences for the BU community. The QA Analyst may be called on to provide feedback to improve the testability and traceability of requirements. Requires 5-7 years QA experience and specific experience working in IAM.Technology:Knowledge of Radiant Logic and/or Sailpoint is a big plus!

Experience with databases, SAP, Manual testing, SQL is a plus, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Quality Center.

Soft Skills:Problem solving, communication, ability to translate technical terms to business language.
