With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITYPay Rate: $15.00 to $18.00 per hourHours: Mon – Thu 7:45A – 5P and Fri 9A – 2P.What’s a typical day as a Receptionist ?The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Checking patients in and out, answering phones, taking messages, faxing orders, etc.

Must have good customer service skills, be organized, and have great written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to multi-task.

Greets and directs visitors.

Provides information and answers the telephone or console switchboard.

Receives and sends packages via couriers.

Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.

Maintains boardroom schedule and equipment.

Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous medical front desk experience preferred, or experience working out of electronic health care system database.

5-7 years’ experience required.

Must be able to multi-task.

Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
