Take a closer look below!We have the following shifts available:1st Shift weekends (Friday - Sunday 6:00am to 6:30pm)

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5AM-3:30PM

2nd Shift- 3:30pm to 12:00am OT until 2:00 am (if necessary)

Monday-Thursday 3:30p-1am, F 3:30p-7:30p

No experience? No problem! We will train you!

Typical DutiesResponsible for the safe operation of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machines.

Makes complex repairs and major adjustments to assembly equipment, including set-ups and changeovers.

Performs quality checks per the quality inspection plan (QIP), documents specified measurements per print at required intervals.

Performs daily/weekly/monthly preventive and routine machine maintenance.

Job Examples:Performs tooling adjustment (e.g., sharpening/conditioning, checking height of spring-loaded pins (pin-ou), keying features, bend stations, insertion stations).

Replaces sensors, punches, dies, stock components, air cylinders, belts, etc.

Adjusts housing feed based on associated standards.

Uses height indicator, ram optic, gauges and microscopic visual checks.

Identifies and re-sets machine faults, clears jams, restarts production, removes and packagesfinished product.

Key QualificationsWater spider experience level/production ability/accountability is required.

Ability to handle medical parts (raw material) in the clean room environment.
