Account Management & Customer Service LeadRenton, WADirect Hire$60-85kHours: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pmPosition is fully onsite in RentonExciting, newly created position!Kelly is seeking an Account Management & Customer Service Lead to work for our client, an aerospace engineering and manufacturing company, on a direct hire basis – starting ASAP! The Account Management & Customer Service Lead will focus on delivering post sales support, solutions, and fulfillment to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Specifically, this role will:Oversee the work of 3-5 account management/customer service employees to ensure they work productively and meet both deadlines and company standards
Onboard and train new hires as well as current employees on processes, tools, technologies, etc.
Build an open-communication culture
Communicate and enforce department policies and procedures
Recommend and implement improvements to current account management practices and procedures
Establish metrics to measure and improve department performance
Manage the workflow and lead effective team meetings, one on one’s, and group trainings
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
Work with Manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement, Shipping/Receiving, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery
Ensure that products, policies, and pricing are communicated clearly and accurately to customers
Collaborate with top management to understand customer requirements and fulfillment
Address and resolve all customer complaints and issues
Provide company leadership/administration with updates on escalated issues
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership team
Qualifications:Industry background and expertise in manufacturing, engineering, or related field
2+ years’ experience in a management/supervisory role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERPs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Outgoing, positive, and empathetic personality
High degree of initiative, team building, and dedication to effective change management
Strong analytical skills, time management, and attention to detail
