Temporary to permanent position

Key Responsibilities:Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills combined

Exceptional computer skills/literacy including knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office

price adjustments through order entry of updated customer purchase orders

Processing any necessary customer credits because of price adjustments.

Working with Commercial, Quoting, Pricing, etc. to optimize the customer journey

Answer customer emails through salesforce.com queue in a professional and timely manner.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:High school degree or GED

Possess good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.

3 months of customer service experience.

Must have experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
