Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Experienced and Senior Level System Integration, Validation and Verification Engineers who will provide engineering support across the Boeing portfolio of Avionics products, to include – but not limited to - Boeing Military Aircraft, Military Derivative Aircraft (B-1B and B-52 and others). This position will be physically located in Oklahoma City, OK.This is a hybrid position that may allow for some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. These positions will also be eligible for the OKC 9x80 alternate work schedule.Associate (Level 2)Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.

Evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.

Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.

Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.

Supports the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes

Experienced (Level 3)Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.

Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.

Typical Education/Experience:Associate (Level 2)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standardExperienced (Level 3)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Senior (Level 4)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):Bachelor’s, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

2 or more years of experience in an engineering job classification

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Education or experience in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months

5 or more years of experience in an engineering job classification

9 or more years of experience in an engineering job classification
