Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Career Procurement Analyst to be based out of El Segundo, CA, Tukwila, WA or Huntington Beach, CA.This is an exciting opportunity to join the Boeing Engineering, Test & Technology Supply Chain Team supporting a number of different proprietary programs. This position is responsible for procurement analysis of research related goods and services, thereby facilitating Boeing’s cutting-edge technology development with suppliers, in support of future Boeing aerospace products. Come play your part in driving aviation and space travel forward!Position Responsibilities:Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.

Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.

Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.

Supports the development and implementation of strategies.

Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.

Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.

Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.

Develops risk mitigation plan.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Current/Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

3+ years of experience with government contracts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience

5+ years of experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements in dealing with suppliers

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
