Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist to be based out of El Segundo, CA, Tukwila, WA or Huntington Beach, CA.This is an exciting opportunity to join the Boeing Engineering, Test & Technology Supply Chain Team supporting a number of different proprietary programs. This position is responsible for subcontract management of research related goods and services, thereby facilitating Boeing’s innovative technology development with suppliers, in support of future Boeing aerospace products. Come play your part in driving aviation and space travel forward!Position Responsibilities:Establishes technical and business direction and processes to meet financial, delivery and product conformity targets.

Develops and leads company procurement and contractual strategies for key suppliers, and programs.

Provides technical oversight and guidance of strategic supplier plans.

Directs the development of recovery plans.

Establishes technical and business guidance to meet financial, delivery and product conformity targets.

Identifies strategic work movement projects and plan elements.

Integrates company sourcing strategies, procurement and program activities.

Works directly with strategic customers to develop concepts and requirements for future business opportunities.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Current/Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

10+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

10+ years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity

10+ years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Technical Bachelor’s degree or higher, or relevant military experience

5+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

5+ years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

5+ years of experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 20 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Technical Bachelor, Master, or PhD) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
