Collaboratively assists in the systematic measurement and assessment of performance indicators.

Identifies Quality Improvement opportunities through analysis of data.

Develops performance improvement plans as required; implementation and education of improvement activities; and evaluation of improvement effectiveness.

Maintenance of continuing education relevant to role.

Job QualificationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.

1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required. Experience with Microsoft Access databases preferred.
