Apartment Property Manager (part time)

Flynn Management is currently seeking an Apartment Property Manager for our Heritage Manor Apartments in Monticello, FL. This position is responsible for managing daily operations of a 36 unit affordable community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general administration, compliance, maintenance of the property, and management of employees to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community.

Requirements – Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Must have strong computer skills, Yardi experience a plus. Ideal candidate for this position will be extremely professional and have great communication skills. MWF 8a-5p
