Responsibilities:

Respond to and Schedule Leads for Showing

Show Units to Rent

Makes sure Common Areas are kept up

Make sure units are Rent Ready

Making sure turns are being completed

Submit work orders to contractors and schedule work to be performed.

Areas Needed:

Dawsonville, GA - we have 44 units delivered and will have 144 total units to manage

Compensation

$35 to $40k.

No benefits.

This will be a 1099 employee position. This is an easy job with no stress!
