USA Elevators Company (Kennesaw, GA) is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic administrative/bookkeeping assistant for an entry level position.
Most administrative/bookkeeping assistant duties will revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. This generally includes maintaining files, taking memos, answering phones, and greeting clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
The administrative/bookkeeping assistant will also oversee sending and receiving correspondence, organize/participle in meetings, and manage/organize accounts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet visitors
Answer phones and direct calls
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage accounts and perform entry-level bookkeeping, including recording expenses, organizing receipts, and completing other transaction records.
Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments
Contribute to internal database maintenance
Facilitate company holiday, time off, and schedule variation calendars
Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members.
Qualifications and Skills:

Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible
Experience in bookkeeping / financial record keeping (preferred)
Familiarity with QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Sheets
Proficiency in internet browsing
Possession of professional Spanish language, spoken, read & written is a must for Spanish Speaking applicants
Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; a 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (preferred)

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Full-time office hours are Monday through Fridays from 8:00am - 5:00 pm
