Summary: Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the Social Impact Giving product pillar. The Product Marketing Manager role focuses on translating market understanding into products that drive partner value and benefit people. This role is embedded with product teams and works closely with Partnerships and other cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps and execute against global launch plans. The Giving team supports Nonprofits in building support for their causes and raising money on Facebook and Instagram. Through our products, billions of dollars have been given to Nonprofits around the world, creating a real-world impact that is hard to rival for any team in any company. As PMM, you will represent the needs of our nonprofits to influence what we build and how we take products/initiatives to market. The successful candidate will inform product strategy by bringing a deep understanding of partner and market needs, opportunities, and pain points (e.g., foundational industry analysis to identify market needs, segmentation, opportunity sizing, developing a business model or pricing plan), lead effective go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by developing clear value propositions and launch plans and leading the GTM execution (e.g., positioning, developing value proposition/business case, developing alpha/beta test plans, goal setting, leading cross-functional launch execution) and drive product growth by activating and growing solutions (e.g., developing partner solutions playbook anchored on partner business outcomes or growth plans for mature products).Required Skills: Partnerships Product Marketing Manager, Social Impact - Giving Responsibilities:Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback and translate it into high quality insights to inform product roadmaps

Identify opportunities and represent the view of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative, and competitive analysis

Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback, and advocate improvements

Oversee go-to-market efforts globally to support product launches and scaled adoption

Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy, and product documentation

Partner with the Product Management, Partnerships, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Communications, Operations and other key teams to define priorities and lead execution against defined milestones and metrics

Drive product growth by activating and growing solutions including incentives, distribution, partnerships etc.

Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations and communicate these strategically to stakeholders, internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience working in product marketing, product management, management consulting, product strategy, or equivalent function (partnered with product management and engineering on strategy, planning, and go-to-market)

Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment

Experience contributing in setting strategic direction and executing go-to-market plans
