At Facebook, you can play a key part leading this movement on our Global Customer Marketing SMB team. You will work closely with Marketing Managers, Designers and partners across the organization to execute marketing campaign workflows, support high priority initiatives and programs that help small businesses find the solutions to help grow their business. To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in cross functional collaboration, program management and organizational skills and an overall understanding of how scaled marketing channels like emails and ads can be used to engage with advertisers. You also have the ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams and possess an understanding of small-medium business.Required Skills: Planning and Strategy Manager, Small Business Marketing Responsibilities:Lead strategic projects and initiatives, conduct pre-project planning, track milestones, collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure project delivery

Scale creative processes, including capacity management and leadership reviews establishing baseline ways of working with design leads and designers across the team

Partner with our Revenue Programs team to create efficiencies, identify areas of opportunity and drive connection amongst members of the team

Manage updates, escalations and overall reporting on initiatives and programs with leadership. Lead stand ups and readouts

Support leadership with budget planning, budget escalations, accounting, and financial reporting with upstream and downstream partners

Partner with multiple GBM teams to identify and prioritize business needs

Oversee a team of marketing coordinators. Help with roadblocks, escalations and process development across teams

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of work experience in a Marketing, Product, Creative, Program Management or equivalent team

Experience supporting complex marketing projects end-to-end, driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

Project management and communication skills. Experience handling the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a start-up environment

BA/BS degree

Experience with budget oversight and management. Excel experience highly preferred

Experience to effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners and prioritize work against goals and deadlines
