Veterinary Client Service Representative (Stanwood)

Do you enjoy helping people? Do you love animals? Do you want to combine those two interests while working at our multi-doctor mixed animal veterinary clinic? We are looking for someone who can do exactly that and help us provide a high level of customer service to our clients and their pets.

We currently have an opening for a full-time Client Service Representative working Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

While our goal is to hire someone with previous experience in the veterinary field, we realize that it is more important to find someone who enjoys helping people, who can greet people with a warm smile and a friendly voice and possesses an aptitude for learning, and who knows their way around a computer.

Requisite skills are computer literacy, good grammar and spelling, ability to handle a multi-line phone system, and be able to tactfully handle difficult emotional situations that you will encounter in this role.
